When you’re a novice writer, it’s easy to get pigeonholed into a specialized area – “oh, he’s really good at tv.” Then you win a few awards, and suddenly you’re a radio guy who knows how to write lyrics. A few years later, you hit jackpot with a direct mail campaign – or write a couple hundred brochures on an industrial account long enough that you know more about the product than some of the clients. That’s why I’ve included samples that showcase work from a variety of media across a variety of clients. Because a good writer knows how (and when) to use all the tools available to get the desired results.
